Reception is friendly, but engineer's service quality is getting worse. Last year, the replaced tyre was dirty without cleaning, for recent replaced wipers, there is still noise when moving, we have to go back to garage for improvement.

They identified what the problem was which caused the EML. An errant sensor had to be replaced but in doing so the thread came away, this had a potentially expensive outcome. Happily they resolved the problem relatively cheaply.
