Most of my experience was 4*. I was disappointed as the electronic update was done manually due to reports that the OBD port had been pushed in and could not be retrieved. It took me less than 30 seconds to find the cable and retrieve the port. lazy.

The MOT 'while you wait' appointment was very efficient. Dropped car in at 10am and all complete by 12.30pm. I spoke to Alex in advance as there was an issue with the car battery and he confirmed one was in stock which meant it was done on the day.

Brought it in with a loud engine rattle. Charged 2,600 for peripheral work with nothing done on the rattle. I was told it is now quieter but it is actually louder. No need for a 12k new engine, just mechanics who have the expertise to diagnose & fix
